I received my Health Coach Certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition based in New York City. It is the largest nutrition school in the world, and I was fortunate to have been able to connect with students from all over the world and study under some of today's top health and wellness experts. I have studied over 100 different dietary theories including: paleo, vegetarianism, Ayurveda, macrobiotics, Mediterranean diet, blood type diet, and so many more!
As a Health Coach, I am trained to provide an open, safe space for clients to confidentially discuss any issues they may be experiencing. With a holistic approach to wellness, I address all aspects of health: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. After all, good health goes far beyond what we eat!

My coaching focuses on developing inner awareness and self-appreciation, which is crucial whenever lifestyle changes are being made. I help clients struggling with anxiety, weight loss, food choices, sleep and personal growth. I incorporate meditation, breathing exercises and daily mindfulness techniques that you can practice in your daily life as a tool to help you relax and re-center. Reiki healing sessions can be incorporated into any of my coaching programs upon request!

My sessions are led by the clients who do the majority of the talking. I don't give hard and fast rules of daily do's and don't's, but rather, focus on YOU to help you discover what is truly important in your life. I'll help you nail down specific goals you want to achieve and guide you towards creating healthy, sustainable lifestyle habits, all well providing support and accountability the whole way through!

Having gone through my own transformation, I understand the fear associated with finally taking action, with breaking old habits and entering into the unknown. As a health coach, I actively listen to all of your concerns and tailor each session to suit you where you are at this moment. You are in control of your own health and happiness, and my job is to work with you in laying down the solid foundation you need to build the very best version of YOU!
