This Class Includes:

  • A mini yoga practice with breath work & meditation to prepare you to receive all the nutrients :)
  • An introduction to the traditional yogic diet and the science of Ayurveda
  • Personal Dosha Quiz with handouts for balancing each dosha
  • Mindful eating practices and tips for optimal enjoyment and digestion
  • Handouts: Pantry Essentials, Simple Ways to Eat More Whole Foods and recipes!
